Terms of Service

1. What ProtoPeek is

ProtoPeek is an internal tool operated by Brightwing Systems, LLC for hosting self-contained HTML prototypes and collecting reviewer feedback. Access is granted to named owners and to reviewers via time-boxed, allowlist-gated links.

2. Acceptable use

Owners are responsible for the prototypes they upload and the reviewers they invite. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share. Prototypes are unreleased mockups and must not contain production or customer data.

3. Reviewer identity

Reviewers self-assert an email address, checked against a per-prototype allowlist and remembered in a signed cookie. Attribution is self-asserted and suitable for internal review only; it is not a strong identity guarantee.

4. Data & retention

Uploaded prototype HTML, annotations, and comments are stored to provide the service. Owners may deactivate or let links expire. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. Brightwing Systems, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of an internal tool.
